Then a concept drawing and estimate will be provided for your approval. Substantial projects do incur a design fee. 50% of the design fee is refunded with an approved contract agreement.

A comprehensive estimate and a detailed contract including specifications, terms and conditions are provided and reviewed with you.

There are two payment schedules:

Projects under $3000

·             50% down payment – puts your project on the build schedule

·             40% due on substantial completion

·             10% due on final completion

Projects $3000 and above

·             30% down payment – puts your project on the build schedule

·             30% due upon delivery (or when on-site work begins)

·             30% due on substantial completion

·             10% due on final completion
